The publication of this report satisfies "Good Practices in Public Companies Listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange" in force since 1 January 2008, and, at the same time, expresses the Company's willingness to develop and build shareholder value.
An extremely important feature of corporate governance rules is openness to communication relating to the Company's operations. Zelmer S.A. regularly publishes current information on its activity in the form of current as well as periodic financial reports, which are available from the Company's website.
The Company follows a sound communication policy by regularly organizing press conferences during which presentations aiding the interpretation of financial results are shown. Thanks to this, both our Shareholders, capital market representatives and media are given easy, transparent access to information about our Company's operations.
