Chicken with onion
4 halves chicken Brest, 2-3 onions, 1 garlic clove, 3 tablespoons butter, majoram or thyme, powdered red pepper, 4 tablespoons dry white wine or vermouth, 3 tablespoons sour cream, finley chopped parsley or dill, salt, pepper
Chop the onions and garlic, put them into heatproof dish. Combine the butter with the spices and herbs and spread it on the meat.
Put the chicken breasts into the dish arranging them In the corners, set the maximum power and cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes, and without turning the meat over transfer it to plate. Add the wine to the onions, mix and cook on maximum power for 3 minutes.
Put the chicken to the dish with the onions, cover with cling film (intended for microwave ovens) and cook at the same power lever for another 10 minutes, then put it onto a pre-warmed serving plate. Combine the sour cream with the onions, cook for 2 minutes. Pour the sauce over the meat, spinkle dill or parsley.
Serve with fresh vegetable salad and potato purée.
