Pursuant to § 83 paras. 1 and 3 of the Regulation on current and interim information, the Company hereby reports that the consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated half-yearly report will include the quarterly financial information and the half-yearly abbreviated financial statements respectively.
Pursuant to § 102 para. 1 and  § 101 para. 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish the consolidated quarterly report for Q4 of 2011 and Q2 2012.

Pursuant to § 103 para. 1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and interim information to be submitted by issuers of securities and conditions for considering as equivalent information required under the law of a non-member state.
