We at Zelmer do realize how demanding our Customers are. We know that in order to satisfy them we need to provide them with the equipment of the highest quality and functionality. For that reason, when it comes to quality, we know no compromise. This is confirmed by the fact that in October 2005 we, as the first company in Poland, introduced 4-year guarantee on our vacuum cleaners.

Zelmer maintains and develops the implemented quality management system in conformity with the PN-EN ISO 9001:2001 norm, certified for the first time in 1995r and since renewed systematically. Currently Zelmer has quality management certificates of the Polish Centre for Examinations and Certifications no. 26/4/2003 as well as Ukrainian Board for Normalisation Metrology and Certification no. UA2.022.255.

Certification range of the system includes design, production and service of electrical household equipment. The system is being constantly improved and adjusted to changeable conditions and requirements. Its conformity with the requirements is confirmed during periodical control audits conducted by certification units.

For its achievements in the field of the implementation of the Total Quality Management (TQM), increasing satisfaction of customers, suppliers and its own employers, improvement of work quality, procedures as well as achievement of commercial success, Zelmer was awarded the Polish Quality Prize during the first edition of this event in 1995.
